cooking bender, part 3
This is so simple, it does not require a recipe. Start with some chickpeas, preferably cooked at home, though the canned kind will do just fine. Squeeze some fresh lemon juice and grate plenty of Parmesan cheese over them. Add a splash of olive oil and a sprinkle of salt. Now add more lemon juice. That's right, now add even a little bit more. Perfect.
