cooking bender, part 5 (the yachtsman recommends)

When we got home from our cooking-bender meal last night, the yachtsman suggested that GFD should have a subsection called "The Yachtsman Recommends." When I asked what he would like to recommend, he mentioned the jalapeno chicken sausage that was his contribution to dinner. "And I guess I would half recommend that lentil thing you made," he added, which I believe is the highest compliment the yachtsman can pay to a dish that contains legumes.
