thank god

Just a quick note to let you all know that Jackie and Laura were reunited in Phoenix today. Thanks to everyone who mobilized to help out.

I'll be back online on Monday with a final San Francisco post and a link to the Gruel for Dinner recipe index (did that sound exciting? it's not). In the meantime, have a great weekend...

    Can we get the miraculous Jackie/Laura reunion story, too? Or do we have to wait for the made-for-TV movie on Animal Planet?

    I don't know much yet, except they appeared on a Phoenix morning news show yesterday morning and had Jackie back within a few hours. I'll let you know the deets when I have them, or tell you when to tune in to Animal Planet. That show is gonna be a tearjerker.
