conquering the csa, one english muffin at a time

Did I mention the English muffins? The homemade English muffins that were included in the Palmenters' CSA? I toasted one and ate it for breakfast. Half buttered, half peanut-buttered, because variety is the spice of life.

Consider this a recipe for toasted English muffins.

Next up: tomatoes, carrots, potatoes, tomatoes, corn, tomatoes, leeks, zucchini, raspberries, yellow squash, tomatoes...

  1. Our CSA has only veggies, alas, no English muffins or the like. The one in your picture looks delicious, and would go so well with the Vermont coffee I'm having this morning...

  2. The Palmenters have a very fancy CSA, SueShu. It includes cheese and fruit and homemade breads, in addition to copious amounts of produce. Now if only there was a CSA that included coffee... (Glad you're liking the VT brew!)
